The apartment boasts an open plan kitchen, dining and living area as well as two beautifully appointed ensuite bedrooms (one double and the second has a bunk bed and single bed) that sleep 5 in total. Perfect for a family holiday and a four-legged friend. There is a private and secure parking space for one car as well as spacious communal rear lawned garden and decked area with a shared BBQ.
A local property manager is available to guests during their stay.
Please note the check-in days are Fridays and Mondays. Check-in time at this apartment is 4pm and check-out time is 9am.
Nearby beaches are dog friendly after 1 October until April.
The property is equipped with everything you will need, including utilities, bed linen and towels.
Electronic gate for access to the development and secure entrance lobby accessed with key codes provided by the local property manager the week prior to arrival. Parking is available for ONE car only and the allocated space for Flat 1 is at the rear of the building (the spaces are all signposted).
There are two or three bike storage hoops at the back of the building (they are for use of the whole block of flats, first come first served!). Guests need to provide their own locks and obviously storage is at your own risk.
There is a fold away travel cot provide but guests will need to bring their own bedding. It includes the standard base / padding, but not an additional mattress on top.
