Q - Do you accept pets?

 

Some of our properties are pet-friendly, allowing you to bring your furry friends for a memorable stay

 

Q - What is your cancellation policy?

 

Our properties have a ‘Firm’ cancellation Policy which means that to receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. Guests can also get a full refund within 48 hours of booking if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in. If guests cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, guest will be refunded 50%.

 

Q - Can you recommend activities and adventures during my stay?

 

Yes, our friendly concierge team will be more than happy to assist you in recommending activates and adventures, ensuring that you make the most of your stay. Please see the services we can offer on the ‘Concierge’ page.

 

Q - What amenities are included?

 

Amenities differ per property. However, you’ll find well equipped kitchen, complimentary toiletries, high quality linens, towels provide, WiFi included and beach towels if there is a hot tub.

 

Q -  What time is check-in and check-out?

 

Usually check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am, however, it is worth checking with us as we may be able to allow you to check-in earlier and check-out lately if we do not have back to back bookings.

 

 

Q - When do I pay for my booking?

When booking via the Swysh website you will pay 25% of the accommodation price. The remaining balance of the accommodation will be requested 4 weeks before your arrival by a member of the Swysh Team.
