The Pilot House is a reverse-level, 3 storey contemporary family friendly town house located in the heart of Cowes, within a moments walk of the M&S Food Hall, Cowes Yacht Haven and the High Street.

The space

This beautifully spacious home comprises of a master bedroom on the second/top floor with a kingsize bed and a single day bed (with a pull out trundle bed if needed for extra capacity - ideal for a family/couple with a young child) and en-suite with shower and bath.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with 2 single beds with an ensuite with shower and bath. The third bedroom on the ground floor consists of a queen double bed and a bunk bed with an ensuite shower. This room is ideal for four children.

The open plan kitchen/dining and living area on the first floor is the hub of the home which has lovely views of the Marina and Solent. The kitchen is well equipped and has a breakfast bar with stools, electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, drinks fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine.
The comfortable living area has a Freesat Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker and Xbox 360 with a selection of games perfect for when you just want to relax at home.

French doors lead out to a garden area with artificial lawn which makes this a fun and safe space for children to play, or for the grown ups to simply enjoy a BBQ on a sunny day. A perfect home from home for families or groups.

The Swysh Team are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

There is private parking for two cars to the front of the house.

The property is equipped with everything you will need including WIFI, utilities, bed linen and towels.

Wonderful service from Swysh, very quick communication from start to end. Booked our ferry for us and changed our return ferry so we could avoid arrival of storm Ciara! Great house and location, lots to see and do although many of the cycling routes were water logged and not passable in places. Would definitely like to return in better weather conditions and explore the cycling and walking routes when not under water. Thank you

Great quiet house just behind Cowed city centre, with all bars and restaurants a 5-min away. House is very quiet, with a garden on the back and a sea view from the top floor. Having a private bathroom in each room was a real plus. Very responsive host, highly recommended place!

Really pleased with Suzanne at Swysh, she was so helpful, even responding on a Sunday. We loved Suzanne and the accommodation, couldn’t fault it and the location was perfect. We have never been to the Isle of Wight before and will certainly be back and looking out for availability at Pilots House

Absolutely loved the accommodation, felt at home. Was very clean and spacious, had everything we needed. Outdoor space was lovely for the bbq we had which wouldn’t have been possible without the amenities that were provided. The beds were very comfortable and spacious. I would absolutely recommend this accommodation to anyone who is wanting to stay here! Messaged the host about a later check out as our ferry home was later on and they were so helpful as they worked with us to be able to stay a few hours extra so we had extra time to sort our belongings and make sure the accommodation was left in a clean and respectful manner. We are already looking at booking this place again for next year and I cannot wait. Thank you so much for such an amazing stay and experience.

The house is perfectly located within walking distance to all local amenities. It is very quiet and peaceful with a lovely outdoor patio area with BBQ and outdoor furniture. The house is very well kept with lots of space in the 3 bedrooms and living area. There is ample space for off street parking for 2 vehicles. Thanks you for an enjoyable, effortless stay.
