What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3 PM and check-out is by 10 AM - however, if you would like an earlier check-in or later check-out do get in contact as we may be able to adjust the timings for you if we don’t have back-to-back bookings.

Do you accept pets in your properties?

In some of our properties, yes! Please check our website to see which of our homes and cottages allow you to bring your furry friends with you.

What facilities do your properties have?

Facilities differ for each property so it’s best to check the individual listings. That said, whichever property you plump for, you’ll always find well-equipped kitchens, complimentary toiletries, high-quality towels and linens, free WiFi and beach towels if there’s a hot tub.

Can you recommend activities and adventures during my stay?

Absolutely! The team at Swysh are very passionate about everything the Island has to offer and we love to share our top tips with visiting guests. Contact our friendly concierge team who can recommend activities and adventures, as well as arranging things like spa treatments, private chefs or even surfing lessons. What is your cancellation policy?

Swysh Stays has a ‘firm’ cancellation policy - so to receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. If guests cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the booking price will be refunded. You can also get a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking so long as the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before your scheduled check-in date.

When do I pay for my booking?

When booking via the Swysh website you will pay 25% of the accommodation price.  The remaining balance of the accommodation will be requested 4 weeks before your arrival by a member of the Swysh Team.
