Swysh Stays was set up in 2020 by Suzanne, Lee, Sharron and Matt, aiming to provide visitors to the Isle of Wight with a diverse range of luxury holiday homes and a pretty unbeatable level of service to go with them. As proud locals, they also aim to raise the profile of the Island, showing it off as the best it can be and highlighting some of its overlooked hidden gems.
Before co-founding Swysh, Suzanne worked for many years as a business development manager for a national holiday lettings company, as well as managing a large country house rental too. Over that time she picked up a wealth of industry experience, from meeting and greeting guests to ensuring that everything that goes on behind the scenes is running without a hitch. Having dreamt of setting up her own Isle of Wight accommodation company for longer than she can remember, Suzanne finally took the plunge by renovating her own holiday home, set close to the lapping waves of Colwell Bay. Now an integral part of Swysh, she likes to keep an eye on all the small details, ensuring properties are immaculate and guest itineraries run like a well-oiled machine.
Meanwhile, Sharron spent 35 years in finance and business management before a chance encounter with Suzanne set her on a new path. Joining Swysh, she soon embarked on a crash course in holiday lettings, getting to grips with everything from property management software to bookings and check-in. Now a dab hand, Sharron ensures every property owner receives an exceptionally professional service and uses her love of all things Isle of Wight to help guests create unforgettable plans for their holidays. Known for her meticulous nature and passion for positive guest reviews, you can rest assured you’re in safe hands with Sharron.
