This beautiful home has undergone extensive renovations over the last couple of years and is a truly fantastic home for guests to enjoy and use as a base to explore the Island or the many sailing events locally. The home has some beautiful touches throughout. It is a truly charming three-story period property, has generously sized rooms over 3 floors. There are large windows throughout the house which create a bright atmosphere and the home has everything you might need for a relaxing vacation on the Isle of Wight. The enclosed entrance porch leads directly into the living area, an excellent comfortable room where you can relax on the comfy sofa or one of the two comfortable armchairs in front of the TV or with a good book after a busy day exploring. There is a great dining room/conservatory next to the kitchen that has bi-fold doors which lead out into the lovely, private walled enclosed garden, which is a real sun trap and an excellent area for unwinding, or why not use the gas barbeque for an alfresco meal. There are stairs to the first floor where there are two comfortable double bedrooms, (one with double bed the other has twin beds) both have plenty of storage space, the double bedroom also has a small en-suite shower room, also on this floor is the family bathroom which is very spacious, has a massive walk in shower and a double ended, long, deep bath! The other two bedrooms are located up the final flights of stairs, one of which is a double room with an en-suite shower room, and the other is a twin room.
The pretty courtyard garden is surrounded by brick walls with an impressive vine growing all around. There is plenty of garden furniture so you can make the most of sitting out in sunshine enjoying a drink or fire up the BBQ and dine alfresco, this area really is the perfect suntrap.
