On the first floor, you'll find a peaceful master double bedroom, along with a family bathroom. Venture up to the second floor, tucked away in the eaves, and discover a delightful twin bedroom with a small window and Velux window, offering refreshing airflow. Plus, an air-conditioning unit ensures a restful night's sleep, even on warmer evenings.

The neighbourhood

Cowes is renowned for its world-class sailing, particularly the Cowes Week Regatta and the Round the Island yacht race. Cowes boasts charming boutique and nautical-themed shops, lively pubs, cafés, and restaurants. Take a scenic stroll from your cottage along the seafront, passing the Royal Yacht Squadron and Egypt Esplanade, all the way to Gurnard, while enjoying the impressive yacht racing action. This experience is especially thrilling during the numerous regattas hosted in Cowes. For seasoned sailors, there are plenty of rib and yacht charter options available, while beginners can kickstart their yachting journey at the UKSA, an ideal place to learn the ropes.

Other things to note

The property is a 2 minute walk from the Red Jet terminal.

Free car parking is available on Ward Avenue which is five minutes walk away.
There is pay and display parking in Northwood Park council car park which is five minutes walk away. Parking permits can be purchased online.
Please note that as the property is located on a pedestrianised street, unloading and loading directly outside the property via a vehicle is not possible. However there is parking at the Marks and Spencer store located just before you arrive at the property. You can park here for 30 minutes for free to load and unload the car.

The property is equipped with everything you will need including Wi-FI, utilities, bed linen and towels.

A travel cot and high chair is available upon request.

great, central location with lots of bars, pubs and restaurants in very short walking distance. Whilst we found this a plus as love being in the hustle and bustle, there was a bit of noise at kick out times. Just something to be aware of if you are a light sleeper; it was short lived and merry sounding. The house had everything we needed for our family of 4 and was exactly as described. the only downside for us was the wildly uncomfortable beds, which somehow managed to be both soft and hard and lumpy. That said, would happily stay here again if the beds situ was resolved.

Lovely comfortable stay, only seconds from the centre of Cowes, brilliant for restaurants, shops and the sea! We experienced a little outside noise on the Friday night but we were very close to the action and the other nights we had no problem. Felt very at home and super handy to be so close to a great M&S Food too. Would definitely stay at the property again.

I went with my twins who'd just finished their GCSEs and they'd chosen this house. We couldn't take the car so wanted to be right in Cowes and this was perfect for that. It was such a cute place to stay; the decor was lovely and anything you'd think "I wonder if it'll have that" it had. The kids were really pleased with their choice and so was I. Don't let the fact that it's dog friendly put you off if you don't have a dog. We don't have a dog, but the house was so clean and smelled so fresh. We'd definitely stay here again!!

Lovely little property, right on Cowes high street, location is perfect. Don't let parking put you off, you can park outside between 6pm and 8am and it's not a long walk out of those hours. Property is comfortable and clean and owners are extremely responsive.
