Nestled in 30 acres of beautiful, private countryside, Hunny cottage offers all the tranquility you could wish for. Hunny Cottage is a charming one-bedroom converted stable. With bi-fold doors from the lounge that open up to stunning views of the countryside, you'll feel instantly relaxed.
Enjoy leisurely country walks right on your doorstep, or head out to explore the area where you’ll find pubs and beaches within walking distance or just a short drive away. When you are not out and about, you can enjoy cosy evenings snuggled up on the sofa streaming your favourite programmes on the Smart TV's in both the bedroom and living area or enjoy the warm evenings sat on the deckled seating area with table and chairs and BBQ.
Inside, you’ll find a spacious bedroom with a stylishly presented super king-sized bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and fluffy white towels and robes, a kitchenette with an electric hob, microwave, and air fryer for your convenience and dining table perfect for light meals.
Hunny Cottage is ideal for romantic breaks or special occasions, surrounded by open countryside with an abundance of wildlife right outside your door. The quiet yet accessible location is a few minutes drive from various beaches, Ryde, Seaview and St Helens, perfect for cycling, walking, nature watching and exploring the IOW.

The property will be available from 3pm on your day of arrival and check out time on the day of departure is 10am.

June 2025As I said, this place EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS. The photos on the listing do not do it justice. The cottage is very tastefully decorated and well equipped. The outside decking area was fabulous and the location so peaceful and a real pleasure to be there. I wish we had been staying longer - spacious bedroom and spacious and superb bathroom. One of us was on the sofa and that was really comfy. And having a tassimo coffee maker was a brilliant addition!

June 2025We loved our stay here! Stunning surroundings, and the ponies were gorgeous neighbours. The place was super clean and lovely, and they were kind enough to provide a travel cot for our 7 week old baby. Bed was comfy and we had some great treats provided for us such as prosecco, cereal and jams which was so kind. The area was perfect for us as we could easily pop to the nearby Tesco Extra for supplies, and we were only 10 minutes from the beaches at Ryde which were absolutely gorgeous. We had the best time!

May 2025Hunny cottage is in a rural farm environment but only a mile from Seaview and accessible to facilities. Lovely to have the ponies for company. The space itself is nicely done and well equipped. Very relaxing spot. Minor gripe, we did drive up and down the lane a couple of times as there is no sign for Hunny cotteage. Overall a great weekend.

May 2025What a beautiful peaceful retreat. We particularly loved the luxurious bathroom and the provisions left for us to use. The complimentary jar of Isle of Wight honey was a really thoughtful treat too. We loved seeing the ponies nearby and our dog enjoyed the space available to play with his ball. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

April 2025Definitely a place I will revisit when visiting IOW. The cottage was so peaceful, private, clean, cosy and well equipped. The bed linens and towels nice quality and fresh clean ! Although a short visit - it felt very welcoming and homely as soon as you step in the door. I adored our Shetland pony neighbours ❤️

April 2025We really enjoyed our stay at Nicola’s place. It was peaceful, relaxing and comfortable. It was great for our dog as there is a large field just off of the decking. We never managed to get out and explore the estate as we only stayed for one night but would definitely return for a longer break in the future.
