The bungalow features a king-size bedroom with an ensuite walk-in shower, along with a twin bedroom served by a separate modern shower room. The open-plan living area boasts bright, south-facing sea views and patio doors that open onto a front terrace with table and chairs—perfect for soaking in the scenery. The dining space shares the breathtaking view and flows into a contemporary, fully equipped kitchen at the rear.
Outside, there is parking space for two vehicles, and up to two dogs are welcome, with a charge of £35 per dog.
Just a short stroll from Bella Vista lies Ventnor, a delightful town full of independent shops, cozy cafés, and inviting restaurants. Its award-winning beach has enchanted visitors for generations, while the steep, sun-dappled hills showcase beautiful Edwardian and Victorian homes.
