The bungalow features a king-size bedroom with an ensuite walk-in shower, along with a twin zip n link bedroom which can be made up as a double (please requested when booking) this is served by a separate modern shower room. The open-plan living area boasts bright, south-facing sea views and patio doors that open onto a front terrace with table and chairs—perfect for soaking in the scenery. The dining space shares the breathtaking view and flows into a contemporary, fully equipped kitchen at the rear.
Outside, there is parking space for two vehicles, and up to two dogs are welcome.
Just a short stroll from Bella Vista lies Ventnor, a delightful town full of independent shops, cozy cafés, and inviting restaurants. Its award-winning beach has enchanted visitors for generations, while the steep, sun-dappled hills showcase beautiful Edwardian and Victorian homes. For walkers, the scenic coastal path offers stunning views all the way to Bonchurch and Shanklin.

December 2025Excellent experience in every respect. First experience of stairs up to house was a bit daunting at first but soon got used to them. We are 70+ and managed ok! House was warm and immaculate. Kitchen better stocked with utensils etc than mine. Luxury bedrooms and bathrooms. A real good find, and the views amazing! Imagine it’s heaven in the summer outside on patio. Dogs well catered for and enclosed area fantastic.
