1.1 Booking ConfirmationBookings are confirmed once the deposit has been received and payment has been successfully processed.
1.2 DepositA 25% deposit of the total booking amount is payable at the time of booking.
1.3 Balance PaymentThe remaining balance must be paid at least 6 weeks before your arrival date. Failure to pay the balance by this time may result in cancellation of your booking.

2.1 Cancellation by Guest
Bookings cancelled more than 30 days before the arrival date are eligible for a full refund.
Bookings cancelled between 30 and 7 days before the arrival date are eligible for a 50% refund.

2.2 Cancellation by Swysh HolidaysWe reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., property maintenance issues, safety concerns). In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule your booking at a later date or move to another property.
Any requests to change booking dates are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to amend your booking.
Swysh Holidays is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during your stay. Guests are advised to take appropriate precautions and insurance coverage.
