The large enclosed garden is perfect for children and dogs to play in safely, and with direct access to Northwood Park, you'll have easy access to a children's play area, as well as newly refurbished tennis and basketball courts—completely free to use! We ask that no animals are taken upstairs and shoes are taken off at the door. This is also a no smoking house. No late parties are allowed.

We can offer discounted ferry travel for you on Red Funnel and Wight Link. Please let us know of your interest at the time of booking and we can provide you with a quote.
The property will be available from 3pm on your day of arrival and check out time on the day of departure is 10am.
The property is equipped with everything you will need including WIFI, utilities, bed linen, towels and beach towels for the swim spa.

Accommodation was very comfortable and spacious, communication by the management company was excellent, and the great location gave easy access to all amenities by car or foot. Would totally recommend and hope we can come back again in the future. It felt like a home from home.

July 2023We had a lovely time at this property. Very clean and a great space for my family to chill but also a great hub to go explore the Isle of Wight. We loved the swim spa and all the extra sports equipment available to play both in the garden and in the free tennis courts behind the house. The bedrooms were a great size and accommodated all 9 of us very comfortably. We would love to come back and stay in the future

June 2023Fantastic house! We were lucky with the weather so made good use of the enormous hot tub. The host was brilliant - quick to respond and very helpful, especially with booking the ferry tickets. The house had everything we needed and the host even left some milk and a bottle of Prosecco which was much appreciated. We were a group of 10 and stayed for a week during half term. The house is very spacious and in a great location. Highly recommend a stay here!

June 2022Very nice, large house, within walking distance of Cowes and the beach, which fitted our group of 11 absolutely fine. Good size garden for the kids to play in and a hot tub, which was a big hit. Plus the added bonus of the house backing on to a park, with free tennis courts and a basket ball court, which led to a very active holiday.

September 2021Couldn't ask for more in terms of the property and location. The kids had an absolute blast from playing tennis in the courts next door, to playing in the Swim Spa. Suzanne was excellent and kept communicating throughout. We had an absolute blast and can't wait to come back!

July 2021The house and location ticked all the boxes for us. The house is lovely and spacious and has everything you need plus more to have a fantasic holiday. We were greeted by the host when we arrived who explained how a couple of things worked, the house was very clean and well presented. Our children loved the swim spa and the tennis courts located behind the house, and my partner enjoyed cooking in the outside kitchen on most evenings. The town of Cowes is a short walk through the park which has some lovely shops and eateries. There are some great beaches and areas to visit all within a 30-40 minute drive from the house. We particularly enjoyed our trip to the Needles and our fishing trip from Yarmouth harbour. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and would highly recommend the property to friends and family.

July 2020This house is a gem of a find. It more than comfortably accommodated our party of 9 and there is room for more if required. The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Beds comfortable, common spaces large enough for all and small enough to hide away if you wished. We benefitted from the great media set up and also the gym equipment. We all enjoyed the outside space and amazing variety of activities available. Badminton, boules, basketball to name a few and you can even pop out to the local park at the bottom of the garden for a game of tennis on great courts. (Free to use). The park by the way is perfect for dogs and very friendly. We made the best use of the fabulous swim spa, which ticked everyone’s box and kept the children and adults entertained for hours. The morning sun on the terrace made for a little sun trap and there is a lovely swing chair to get the best of the late afternoon sun too! The outside kitchen set up with a fabulous gas BBQ and drinks fridge, meant we could happily dine alfresco. A fabulous addition to the house and great quality. The location is great, you can be in the centre of Cowes within minutes and on the local beach, walking along the promenade in no time. Lee and Suzanne could not have been more helpful from start to finish and we would highly recommend this house to any of our friends and family!

July 2020We had a fantastic stay. Lee and Suzanne were perfect hosts, seamless check in and out, super responsive and full of good local knowledge. The property is amazingly well equipped for both adults and children alike, all mod cons, kitchen utensils, exercise equipment, children's games etc etc etc. The property is in a great position backing onto the park, straight out of the back gate we had use of both the tennis courts and outdoor bar which was open at the weekend. The outside area was top draw. The garden very spacious and includes a trampoline, badminton net, netball hoop. There is also a brand new BBQ and kitchen area which we made full use of, as well as a top of the range swim spa which I couldn't recommend highly enough. Would return in a heartbeat.

August 2020Lovely house in a great location in Cowes. Hot tub was a bonus. Very close to the sea front and backs onto a fantastic park with an outdoor bar in the Summer months. Husband of the home was really friendly and very helpful with recommendations around the island. The only downfall was being slammed by the wife owner after check out for a series of things. This was not what you need after a nice holiday during your journey home.

August 2020This is a great house for a family holiday. We had a perfect week. Wonderful garden leading on to a beautiful park. We loved the pool and the barbecue and all very safe for small children. Inside facilities excellent as well and large TV screen for indoor entertainment as well as a gym. Hosts very helpful if you have any queries. We would highly recommend.
