11 Breakwaters is a contemporary luxury 3 bedroom house in a prime position on Sandown seafront, just a stone's throw from the Blue Flag sandy beach.
This brand new house has been thoughtfully designed with you and your family’s comfort in mind, with a large sociable open plan kitchen, dining and living area. For those that enjoy cooking there is a fully equipped stylish kitchen with breakfast bar and stools, designer appliances and coffee machine. If you fancy a relaxing night in after a busy day exploring, you can recline on the comfy sofa in front of the 55” Smart TV. Carpeted stairs lead to the first floor where there is master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, wall mounted Smart TV, air conditioning unit and ensuite shower room, a bunk room (with an extra trundle bed underneath) also with an air conditioning unit and a third bedroom with a zip and link bed (initially set up as a Super King but can be set up as twins if requested at the time of booking), plus a sleek family bathroom with a rain shower over the bath, hand basin, WC, shaver point and LED mirror. All rooms throughout have individually controllable underfloor heating.
For those that enjoy eating al fresco or a few quiet drinks there is a patio door from the lounge that leads to a furnished patio with parasol and fire pit. It’s a great little space to soak up some rays!
**NEW** for Winter 2021 is the addition of a permanent hot tub which easily accommodates 4 adults. Due to COVID 19 this commands an additional fee which includes refilling with clean water, replacement of new filters and chemicals for your stay. Please note the nightly rate does not include the hot tub in case some guests do not wish not to use it. Please contact Swysh Holidays directly to confirm availability and price.
There is also a private driveway with space for 2 cars, and a garage for storing bikes and other beach equipment.

Due to the property's fantastic seafront location next to historic beachfront hotels, live music can sometimes be heard into the evening.
Red Funnel vehicle ferry discount codes are available to guests upon request once the booking has been confirmed.
We do accept short breaks outside of school holidays (Friday to Monday and Monday to Friday). Please call to enquire.
Dogs welcome but we ask for an additional £25 to cover extra cleaning.
Linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.
Please note as this is a new development there are some nearby properties which are still under construction which may result in some noise during the day but shouldn't affect your stay.
