Franks is a Grade II listed, Second floor apartment on Cowes High Street. Step out of the front door to the building and you’ll find yourself right on the high street where you can enjoy the shops, bars and restaurants. A perfect escape with a partner, friends, family or for business.
Franks is a minute walk from the Red Jet Passenger Terminal, making it perfect for those guests who want to leave their cars at home. Southern Vectis runs buses nearby every few minutes therefore the Island couldn’t be more accessible.
Franks is comfortable enough for a family of four or a couple seeking a romantic getaway with a bit more space. The master bathroom has a superking bed and an ensuite bathroom and the second bedroom has twin beds and access to a bathroom with a bath with a shower over. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a table and four chairs. The living area has a large ‘L-shaped’ sofa, and a Smart TV is mounted to the wall for optimum viewing.
Franks is within easy walking distance of some of the Island's most well known restaurants such as The Smoking Lobster, The Coast Bar, Gastronomy and The Garden, M&S Foodhall and of course the marinas and yacht clubs that we all know and love Cowes for.
This is a no smoking property and does not allow pets.

Please note that as the property is located on a pedestrianised street, unloading and loading directly outside the property via a vehicle is not possible. However there is a loading bay which is 20 metres away from the front entrance door which can be used.
The property will be available from 3pm on your day of arrival and check out time on the day of departure is 10am.
The property is equipped with everything you will need including utilities, bed linen and towels.

April 2023Frank’s has been a rental from at least 2017 (as per guest book). Great position in Cowes to explore the town. Downside is no parking and the free parking (very limited) is up hill. Very comfortable apartment with everything you might need. The dryer was a bit temperamental and got hot which tripped the fuse after 10mins (reported). It would be great if there was a clothes airer/horse instead. Bonus was a water view from the lounge! Would definitely return.
